Here's our shipping policy...
- We will aim to despatch your product(s) to you within 3-5 business days from the day we receive your order.
- In cases where the product is being made to order exclusively for you (as detailed in the relevant product description) please refer to the individual product description for our current estimated delivery time for the product concerned.
- In the event that your item is temporarily out of stock we will immediately initiate a back order for you but you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
- The actual courier we use may vary from time to time as our aim is to keep our shipping costs to you as low as possible but we always use a courier providing a full tracking service.
- We reserve the right to charge an additional amount for shipping in relation to orders comprising four items or more. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
